The National Council give notice of the 2025 AGM to be held on the 14^{th of} June 2025 at the Waikato Community Rooms, 4 Little London Lane, Hamilton at 1.00pm.

Call for Nominations for National Council

The agenda and reports will be released closer to the date, based on nominations and remits submitted between now and then.

As the AGM is approaching fast, it is now time to consider and present nominations for vacant positions on the National Council for the next two years.

In accordance with the Constitution (Rule 91) six offices of the National Council are hereby declared vacant.  Those due for replacement as at AGM are:

• President  Due to resignation -One year to run.
• Vice President.   End of two-year term.
• Secretary  End of two-year term.
• Central Region Rep: End of two-year term.
• Southern Region Rep 2: End of two-year term
• Northern Region Rep Due to resignation - One year to run.

The Secretary and Vice President will not be standing again.

Please ensure that all nominations include the nominees’ written consent. This is now a legal requirement.

The closing date for National Council nominations is 5^th May 2025.

Please note that those Council members standing aside are eligible for re-election if nominated again.

Enclosed with this notification update is Form C.  This is the nomination form for the National Council and is to be returned to the National Secretary by the above date.

If you have any Notices of Motion, Remits, or questions you would like tabled and answered or included on the Agenda for the AGM, please advise the Secretary in writing at the above email address by 5^th May 2025.
The process for submitting a remit or motion is described in sections 118 and 127 of the constitution.
