Canterbury Show Fleece Delivery Note 2024
Many of you will have read and listened to news about the challenges that our Association has faced not only this year but also over the past several years.
But we now have a new Board of Directors with Sir David Carter leading as the Chair. The previous General Manager has also left and Peter Engels from Hazletts is now acting GM.
Canterbury A & P Assn Show has been saved this year by Event Hire who have undertaken to run the Entertainment, Trade and Food areas on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
All livestock sections will be running only on Thursday and Friday this year. Some of the sections have cut their classes back to fit into the two days.
The Wool Section has opted to run this year with their display in a marquee along Deans Avenue between the alpaca ring and the Shearing Pavilion.
