One of the many things your National Council has been working on is building a relationship with PBB New Zealand, so that we can secure longevity and consistency for the alpaca registry into the future.
We want to warmly welcome the PBB NZ registry team to the Alpaca Association.
As of the 1st of March 2024, they will be joining the team to assist with all registry enquiries as a part of our six-month trial. The aim is to continue to deliver the high-quality services we have come to expect while we grow as an Association and embrace new opportunities.
AANZ Members - PBB Contact details and further information is located in the members section
PBB NZ started their story in the beef industry and was Established in 1996.
PBB was formed to provide combined pedigree and performance recording for the Angus and Hereford breed associations.
They’ve grown since then, both in staff numbers and the services they provide to the agricultural industry.
Samantha has a team of 3 others who can assist and give us that cover that one person can’t do on their own.
Their business blends agriculture and science. They offer a diverse range of services but at the heart of it all they’re a solution hub providing customers like the AANZ with tools to make their lives easier.
It is hoped that this relationship will grow into a contract, with a service level /performance standard of expectation and hopefully link to future opportunities for the AANZ, such as EID tags, DNA testing etc.
