Notice is hereby given of AANZ Annual General Meeting 2023, to be held at 9.30am

Morning tea is provided by AANZ, lunch is available at the hotel restaurant.
Please note: Heartland Hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Now is also time to consider and present nominations for the National Council for the 2023/24 year.
In accordance with the Constitution (Rule 48) five offices of the National Council are hereby declared vacant. Those due for replacement as at AGM 2023 are:
- Vice President. Resignation replacement and conclusion of two-year term.
- Central Region Rep. Conclusion of two-year term.
- Southern Region Reps. The Southern Region has two reps.
- One role is a two-year term, replacing the conclusion of the term of office.
- The other is a one-year term. This is to replace the resignation of one of these roles.
- Secretary. Conclusion of two-year term.
Nominations are sought for these offices on the National Council.
The closing date for National Council nominations is 1st May 2023.

Please note that those Council members standing aside are eligible for re-election if nominated again.
Form C. This is the nomination form for the National Council and is to be returned to the National Secretary at the AANZ office by the above date.

If you have any Notices of Motion, Remits or questions you would like tabled and answered or to be included on the Agenda for the AGM, please advise the Secretary in writing at the above address by 1st May 2023.
The process for submitting a remit or motion is described in sections 118 and 127 of the constitution.
