We have a wonderful mouth-watering dinner selection for the Saturday night dinner and auction. The dinner will be held in the large marquee with plenty of heating and entertainment.
Our dinner consists of a choice of Canterbury lamb, aged beef, roast chicken or pork served with a choice of fresh salads or steamed vegetables. Dessert consists of a choice of fresh seasonal fruit & cream, decadent chocolate & berry gateau or pavlova fruit and cream.

For the first time in many years, there will be a stud service auction to be held during the Saturday night dinner. Many of the stud herd-sires listed, have not been available for outside stud duties before. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to access some of New Zealand’s high-profile stud males.
Phone bids will be available – do not miss out.

Ros Scott has very kindly agreed to be our auctioneer and is donating her time and travel, free of charge. Anyone who attended last year’s National Show auction, will know that Ros’s wit and humor led to one of our most successful auctions. She had everyone in a joyous and frivolous mood and it was a real fun night.
